Delivery Policy
Shapinkheart provides Free Delivery ONLY within KAJANG area for a minimum total purchase of RM40
For total purchases of below RM40, the following standard Polaju charges shall apply:
Within Peninsular Malaysia : RM12 perkg
Between Peninsular Malaysia & Sarawak : RM15 perkg
Between Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah : RM18 perkg
Return, Refund & Exchange
Please select your purchase items carefully, as once a product has been paid for, and goods received in working order, you will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
(Exceptions to this are at the discretion of SHA Pink Heart Resources management).
All refund notifications must be made within 5 days of delivery date
Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not accept refund for items ordered incorrectly or due to a change of mind.
Customer Satisfaction
At SHA Pink Heart Resources, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse but in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.
Important: All SALE and 'on offer' items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 5 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.
2. Customer can choose to get refund in monetary (charges may apply) or refund in Store/Points credits
3. Order cannot be canceled once it is being processed.
4. Customers MUST complete the request returns form here.
5. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which include tags and packaging. All goods will be inspected upon returns.
6. The goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reach our warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging and tags. SHA Pink Heart Resources are not responsible for any items that are returned in error.
7. SHA Pink Heart Resources recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain proof of posting such as Poslaju.
8. The returned costs are the customers' responsibility.Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lateness in Returning Items
1. 10% of the item(s) price will be charge when item returned after 5 days of parcel received date.
2. Under rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within 5 working days, he or she must provides the reason.
What if I received a damaged Item?
1. Please email us using the contact us form or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
2. Replacement or refund must be informed as soon as possible.
3. Customer can request to receive refund in money or in store credit.
4. We Prefer Maybank in case you want the value to be in bank transfer.
5. If you choose to have refund instead of replacement, full refund will be made for item value only not inclusive postage.
6. Customer can request for an exchange of any of the items available.
7. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
